Creative spaces include two theatres, two music schools, two dance studios, an art studio, a textiles room, and a professional cookery kitchen. Sporting provision is equally impressive, with a state-of-the-art gym and performance centre, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a floodlit pitch, extensive playing fields, a climbing wall, a sports pavilion, and boathouses on the River Wye. The school community is enriched by its chapel, two dining halls, and a welcoming Sixth Form Café, while six boarding houses — including Sixth Form accommodation with modern en-suite rooms — provide a comfortable, supportive home-from-home environment.

Dinner for all our boarders is at 6pm, served in the main dining rooms. After dinner is a period of supervised study, followed by plenty of free time for the students to enjoy activities or just relax with friends.
Weekends are busy with extra-curricular activities and sporting fixtures on Saturdays and a programme of outings and activities on Sundays.
We have no formal exeat weekends but do have ‘quiet’ weekends, once or twice a term, when there are no sporting fixtures. Students can choose to stay in their boarding houses or go home to family or Guardians.
